AUTOBIOGRAPHY
At 3:30 pm On April 21, 1966 in Casa Amarela, Recife, Pernambuco, the boy born Altair Germano da Silva, son of Germano Benedito da Silva and Eduardo Rodriguez Juracy. The boy grows up and throughout his life witnessed the work of God saving his mother, his sisters Cristina and Ednalva, and finally his father. Even before these events the young Altair not bowed before the gospel.
However, in June 1988 with 22 years of age his life begins to make a turnaround. Jesus decides to go to meet him through an unfolding dream and an audible call at dawn when he said: "Altair, come while you can."
After this call Altair decides to read the bible, to try to understand what was happening to him. It then began to receive the Holy Spirit the revelation of God's plan for salvation of mankind, which was identified as a sinner in Jesus and saw that it could provide God's forgiveness for their sins.
• In July 1988 reading chapter 9 of Acts hits the road to Damascus along with Saul of Tarsus at the feet of the Lord Jesus had a profound conversion experience the gospel. After his conversion seeks the Assembly of God in Jardim Paulista - low and there is part of the Lord's church, and as a manager at the time Pastor Luis Gonzaga dos Santos. Even new convert begins to receive from God through dreams, and prophecies of the word, with grandiose promises about his work, which began these promises and keep them and checked them in your heart.

• February 14, 1999, at the close of the 40th Bible School for Workers, the deacon Altair da Silva Germano is consecrated by Pastor Isaac Martins for the ministry of Evangelist.
• May/1999 - The Evangelist Herman Altair da Silva is directed by Pastor Isaac Rodrigues Martins to assist the congregation in Maranguape I, where it opened 03 new works: I Maranguape Street 50, I Maranguape Center and I Maranguape Alto.
• November/1999 - On the 30th anniversary of ministry in the Abreu e Lima Martins Pr Isaac Roberts, the evangelist Altair da Silva Germano is devoted Pastor.
• January/2000 - assumes more responsibility. Under the trust of the ministry, this time serving as superintendent of Sunday school in the Abreu e Lima, Pernambuco, and a member of the Board of FATEADAL, your role to date.

• December / 2003 - Completed the course of Bachelor of Theology from FATEADAL (Theological Faculty Assembly of God in Abreu e Lima, PE)
• February / 2004 - Moves to integrate the faculty FATEADAL, making a professor of theological disciplines.
• August 5, 2004 - It is convened by Pastor Robert Joseph to lead the churches of the area I Caetés
• January/2005 - Begins to compose the Board of Abreu e Lima Church in the role of Assistant Secretary
• February/2005 - is approved in the vestibular FUNES in 2nd place for the Faculty of Education with specialization in School Administration.
• April/2005 - Become a member of the Board of Education and Religious Culture of the General Convention of the Assemblies of God in Brazil.
• 2006 - a post-graduate degree in Christian Education at North Presbyterian Seminary (SPN).
• 06/08/2006 - It is appointed to shepherd the congregation of Jardim Paulista Baixo.
• August/2006 - is elected president of the directory in Pernambuco State Bible Society of Brazil (Triennium 2007/2008/2009)
• March/2007 - Start a masters degree in theology from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary Northeast (BPTS).
